About the Somebodiness Survey

We built the Somebodiness Survey because we’ve been on the receiving end of culture surveys that go nowhere — and we knew there had to be a better way. Too often, teams get a one-size-fits-all survey, a confusing report, and a pat on the back before everything returns to business as usual.
