The People Behind The Translator’s Way

Translator’s Consulting Group team standing together, symbolizing partnership and shared commitment to leadership and culture consulting.

At Translator’s Consulting Group, we don’t just deliver services.

We partner in the real work of how people experience leadership, strategy, rhythm, and execution.

Our team brings depth of experience across sectors — but more importantly, we bring a shared commitment to dignity, clarity, consistency, and courage in how work happens.

This is not about personalities.

It’s about partnership.

Tim Terrentine

Tim Terrentine, Founder and Chief Translator of Translator’s Consulting Group

FOUNDER & CHIEF TRANSLATOR

Tim founded Translator’s Consulting Group on a simple belief: how people experience leadership shapes everything that follows.

He is known for helping leaders see what is really happening beneath the surface — and then equipping them with practical ways to move forward. His work centers on translating complexity into language and systems people can actually use.

Across corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, government, K–12, higher education, and economic development environments, Tim has helped organizations:

  • Strengthen leadership intent

  • Clarify direction and decision-making

  • Establish rhythms that build accountability

  • Turn belief into behavior

Tim’s presence is steady and direct. He challenges leaders with dignity, calls teams into courage, and builds structures that hold under pressure.

He is a trusted executive coach, facilitator, and architect of The Translator Moves and the Momentum Loop — the systems behind our work.
