Strengths in Action Activity.

Discover Your Strengths: Unlock Your Leadership Potential

The Strengths in Action Activity helps you uncover your unique strengths and see how they shape your leadership, teamwork and impact on your organization. By reflecting on what you do best, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of how your personal genius contributes to success.

This activity is about celebrating strengths. We all bring something unique to the team—whether it’s how we connect with people, how we problem-solve or how we lift each other up. There are no right or wrong answers here, only a chance to reflect and learn about each other. If a statement feels true to you, step forward. If you’re not sure or it doesn’t apply, just stay where you are. The goal is to see the many ways strengths show up in our team.

Through this process, you will gain insight into what makes you a strong contributor and how those around you bring value in different ways. Recognizing and appreciating strengths—both your own and those of others—helps create a stronger, more connected team.
