We intentionally designed The 4E Retreat to take place at the end of the school year, when K-12 district leaders can step back, process the past year and prepare for the year ahead. Also, our private, comfortable venue ensures confidentiality and openness, allowing for authentic conversations about the real challenges of leadership.
