We are in the middle of one of the most rapidly changing periods in history. So much of what we have come to know and practice in the workplace is shifting right in front of our eyes and moving fast. As Alvin Toffler said, "The illiterate of the future will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who can not learn, unlearn, and relearn."
Myths and Shifts in Culture exposes some key myths and shifts that impact how we work together, how we grow, and how we build community at work. We will also practice ways to navigate these shifts while building an inclusive, high-performance culture.
