The Transformation Triangle™

The Transformation Triangle™ is a framework created by Dr. Dayan Douse of P.R.I.D.E. Consulting. It helps leaders move beyond awareness and intention into the behavior change required for real transformation.

At the center of the framework are three disciplines: Responsibility, Personal Change, and Commitment. Responsibility asks us to fully own our role, impact, and choices. Personal Change asks us to do the internal work required to lead differently. Commitment asks us to make sustained, visible commitments that reinforce new behavior over time.
