Workplaces are full of moments that ask us to adapt—across styles, cultures, identities and expectations. But it’s not always clear how. This game helps you pause and practice flexibility when it matters most.
In Flex & Stretch, you’ll explore real-life situations where your response can shape trust, inclusion and teamwork. Each category (or “suit”) invites you to stretch your thinking and ask, “What does agility look like here?”
How to Play
Choose a Dealer: In your group, decide who will go first as the dealer (or group leader).
Pick a Suit: The dealer will use the buttons to choose a suit (or category): The Flex of Leadership, The Stretch of Communication, The Tension of Identity or The Growth of Everyday Moments.
Explore the Prompts: The dealer will then scroll through the suit page and pick a scenario that feels real, familiar or worth talking about. Each one describes a real challenge and invites the group to think about how to respond with agility.
Flex & Stretch: The dealer reads the scenario out loud. Then asks: “What does agility look like in this moment?”
Keep It Moving: After the discussion, the person to the dealer’s left becomes the new dealer and a new round starts as time allows.
