Getting In Sync.

Finding Flow and Trust in Team Moments

Teams have days when work just clicks—and days when it doesn’t. Getting In Sync helps you notice what makes the difference. You’ll look at short, real-life situations in pairs: one Out of Sync and one In Flow. As you compare them, you’ll spot the habits that build (or break) trust, timing and somebodiness. Then you’ll turn insights into actions for your own team.

How to Play

Choose a Rhythm Keeper: Pick someone to start as the Rhythm Keeper (or group leader).

Pick a Scenario Set: The Rhythm Keeper clicks a button to open a work-related scenario shown in two parts: Out of Sync and In Flow.

Read and Compare: Read both parts of the scenario out loud. What’s different? What helped the team get in flow?.

Use the Reflection Questions: Scroll to the prompts and talk through trust, timing and somebodiness.

Make It Real: Name one small action your team can try right away.

Rotate: When you finish, the next person to the left becomes the Rhythm Keeper. Keep going as time allows.

Winning Looks Like Harmony

This isn’t about points. You “win” by building habits that create trust, flow and connection. Every honest conversation helps your team work in greater harmony.
