Getting In Sync.

  1. Choose a moment. Think of a recent time that felt frustrating or connected at work.

  2. Write “Out of Sync.” What actually happened? Who was involved? What signals showed misalignment?

  3. Rewrite as “In Sync.” How would the moment look if trust, timing and somebodiness showed up?

  4. Add specifics. Note words, actions, timing and credit. Keep it concrete and work-related.

  5. Check for voices. Whose voice or value might be missed? How will you make space for it?

  6. Pick one action. Choose a small step your team will try this week.

  1. What patterns or habits in our team throw us out of sync?
What’s one small adjustment we could try to build more flow or trust?

  2. Whose voice or value might get overlooked in fast-paced moments?
What’s one way we can make space for that brilliance without waiting for a crisis?

  3. When have we been “in flow” as a team—and what made it possible?
How can we bottle that and use it more intentionally?

  4. What do we each need more of (or less of) to show up with trust and confidence?
How can we respectfully ask for it—or offer it to others?
