Getting In Sync.

New Idea at the Table

  1. What patterns or habits in our team throw us out of sync?
What’s one small adjustment we could try to build more flow or trust?

  2. Whose voice or value might get overlooked in fast-paced moments?
What’s one way we can make space for that brilliance without waiting for a crisis?

  3. When have we been “in flow” as a team—and what made it possible?
How can we bottle that and use it more intentionally?

  4. What do we each need more of (or less of) to show up with trust and confidence?
How can we respectfully ask for it—or offer it to others?

Read the scenario …

Out of Sync: A new hire offers a creative idea during a team meeting. It’s met with silence, a quick dismissive comment and then the meeting moves on. Later, the idea shows up reworded in a manager’s report.

In Flow: A new hire shares a fresh idea. The team pauses to explore it. Even if the idea isn’t perfect, they ask questions and build on it. The idea is credited properly and refined together.
